My laptop has regular problems in either booting up, when it freezes on the Windows Logo screen and doesn't go any further, or when shutting down it stops on the blue background screen.
I have run the repair program a number of times and it hasn't solved the problem.I have run virus scans and Malwarebytes and it is apparantly clean.
Can anyone suggest where to start looking for the problem?
