Hi guys..

Strange thing started happening with Youview yesterday, as soon as you are on a channel and watching the TV, the Youview infobar pops up and does so every 10 seconds or so.

Almost as though you are pressing the OK button on the remote, its really annoying, for instance if you are on the guide it closes it and pops up the info bar, telling you whats on now and next.

It wont stop doing it, tried powering it down, rebooting the TV and disabling Youview and enabling again.

Any ideas?

Thus far, I have only seen complaints about this issue on the ZD9 model TVs:

Ok, so you have tried disabling YouView - can you please tell me if this still happened under the old EPG (non-YouView) guide? As if it doesnt, then its a YouView.

Either way, the next step in the troubleshooting process is to factory reset your TV as this can clear many issues. See HERE for instructions:
