XE93 unresposive androud menu

all of a sudden in the past few days my remote has started to stop functioning . at first it seemd like a slow respons to the menu. but now when i press the buttons on the remote more often then not nothing will happen. is this an update issue or do i need to send in for a repair?? not sure what to do.

I have a similar problem with my month old XE93, it was fine for the first couple of weeks but now it can take around 7 seconds to respond to the 'picture' setting. I do not believe this was due to the latest update, as I had not updated to the very latest version via USB before this happened. What Firmware version are you running? You can display this by using the help button on the remote.

The picture settings thing seems to be related somehow to the Google search app which gets updated via the Google Play Store.
