I own a KD-43XE8077 has instability with itvplayer, all4 regarding subtitles and you view?

These issues have been reported by many consumers. Have sorted thanks to a reported fix. Yet not a very responsive control of the Android state the TVs gets into. Better instruction set needed from either Youview, Android, I players or Sony. Maybe it should involve all to ensure the tv can run in a more seamless manor. All4 started doing subtitles without any instruction from me as a further example. Also the fix does not last after switch off to next time switch on.
