    <description>&lt;P&gt;LOL. Unfortunately this is the new editor which has been written from scratch some weeks ago ^^ .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony doesn't have the right mindset for software development. They are a semiconductor company today. The whole software around those BRAVIA sets is just awful. You might want to read &lt;A href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FrDtc_-i7-BXL-2TjqaOD_6O7MDTtEQQQO4_c6P7QFQ/pub" target="_self"&gt;my review&lt;/A&gt;. I recommend using the SDBEditor which unfortunately is also a Windows tool, but much more powerful. You can at least re-sort favorite channels with that...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Why does the Channel Editor not use the LAN connection?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is so 2005. Export the channel list to a USB stick. My ancient DVB-SD receiver did that already. Why can't I access and edit the channel list through the LAN port? Is there a hac.., err, workaround?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Even worse, the editor is coded in Java. Due to the security risks of the Java RTE,&lt;BR /&gt;JRTE is not available any longer for 64 bit Windows systems that rund the latest&lt;BR /&gt;Firefox.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Time to rebuild the editor from scratch!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chattermark.</description>
