    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to open Netflix or Prime Video apps for two days already but they do not work, while everything was good before. When I open the app, the screen goes black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, other apps such as Youtube still work. But the TV is responding very slowly to any inactivity... (and it was bought in January).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the device KD-55XD8599 and version 7.0 (the system says it is up to date).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is really inconvenient since they are the two only apps I am using on my TV, hence I cannot do anything with it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
