Hello everyone, i have some problems with my brand new kd65a1.

1. the ARC does not work (only on sound) i have visual return but not audio return and the home cinema works only on optical.

2. Yesterday my tv rebooted 6 times by itself every 6-10 mins

any ideas how to solve these problems?

i followed all the instructions from service support center but when i did the factory reset the TV closed and never powered on again.

Today a technician visited my place and he told me that we will change the m/b on the tv.
