unable to get wi fi connection

The tv was installed by retailer this friday was working fine and then the next day saturday there is no signal tele

BT who states they can fix this with a free box. Does anyone know if this will help or have gone through similar

experiences and what was the outcome We have three hotspots in the house but these were assisting with SONOS

and would not let tv operate. After they were unistalled the tv worked now of course we are in a situation where we cannot get he wifi toi operate even although the Router is nearby in the hallway.
