Bravia KD-49X8309C looping Google logo help please

Hi I've got a 49 inch KD-49X8309C.

the TV is stuck in a loop. It does not show the Sony logo but starts with the Google logo for a few seconds, then restarts and loops.

Ive tried to hold volume down and power on the back, the green light shows, but then it goes back to the Google logo restarts and loops again.

Any ideas?

I also tried a power and factory reset. power does nothing and factory I cant get to the help or home screen =(
