Sony 4K Android HDR Screen coating flaked off

Hi Sony community,

I've noticed that a small piece of screen coating has flaked off when cleaning the screen. The TV was purchased in Nov 2016. The picture shows the bright white area where there is no screen coating. This means this bright white spec is always visible.

Any ideas if this can be fixed?
