HT-CT290 soundbar

I have an HT-CT290 soundbar but I've lost the remote and I can't figure out how to sync the subwoofer! The soundbar is hooked up with an HDMI cable.

Everything you can do with this soundbar is in the manual for it.

I’ve linked to it above in case you have lost that as well.

It seems that soundbar adjustment needs the remote anyway.

Have you had all the cushions off on your three-piece suite, or whatever?

It’s probably down the back of one of them.
