Hi,

Just just bought this TV and set it up.

Picture is great and paired with a sonos beam sound is great too.

A couple of issues i was hoping people may be able to help with.

We were surprised we couldnt pause and record TV, although looking through here and other forums this is the case with all new smart TVs. I have tried turning youview mode off and connected an external hard disk which the TV recognises and has formatted but even then when i try and record it says "connect HDD to USB slot".

So:-

1. Is there any way of pausing and recording in youview mode

2. What is happening with HDD? why wont it record?
