Hi,

I’m really disappointed to find that BBC iplayer works so badly on my Sony Bravia. It struggles with the GUI and basic functions and will often drop out of programs complaining that the app is too big. Please fix it ASAP (i haven’t seen a firmware update for a while now) I really think £700 buys this function in a TV.

i’m not sure I would buy another Sony or recommend one based on current performance.

Hi 1608chris,

Have you tried clearing the cache of the TV? you can do so by Settings > Storage & reset > Internal Storage then clear the cached data.
