You may have your black level too low. Not sure if same settings as xe9005 but on my tv i have a black level adjustment bar normally set to 50. The lowest point i can go too is around 46 without crushing the blacks. So i keep it at 48 and i adjust the gamma down by 1 to increase the black level. I'm probably way off the mark for the problem you have but worth a try

Whenever I watch 4K content on Amazon prime I experience a sort of washout on very dark scenes by the TV apparently increasing brightness. This happens where the scene is dark except for one or two points eg a dark room with a table lamp.

The effect is to washout the entire scene meaning that I can’t actually see anything going on. I read a thead that spoke about auto dimming and suggested switching on the motion flow option. This has not worked. Does anyone have a solution please?
