Unwatchable amazon prime app.amazon said call Sony!!!

Hello all - new here to Sony and to smart TV! Just bought Sony Bravia and all set up...except Amazon prime app. Can't install it at all from the apps section. Tried all sorts then phoned Amazon who said phone Sony as some smart TVs do not support Amazon prime! Have my netflix and other apps on no problem. Have messaged Sony for advice but thought would check forum to see if anyone else with same issue? Cheers j
