Bluetooth problem on KD-65X8509C

My tv set has been acting weird lately. Everytime I turn the TV off (on standby) the Bluetooth gets deactivated. I need to engage the settings menu everytime. Super annoyed by this because the Bluetooth remote doesn't work.

Hi,

Hard to tell. I have not experienced this problem for too long. The latest firmware update feels like a longer time ago than the problem with the remote and the bluetooth setting changing without no reason.

Welcome to our community!

It seems like the TV forgets the Bluetooth settings when put in standby mode. Could you try to reset your TV to factory settings and see if this resolves the issue? You can do that by pressing Home the navigate to Settings > Storage & reset > Factory data reset.

Let us know if this makes a difference.
