Wireless speed has slowed into TV

I've had aa Model KD43XE8396 TV since January this year. Wireless speed into the TV has always been around the 28mb mark. Speed into the house has been (and still is) around 35mb. TV speed has suddenly dropped to 4 mb.Other wirelss devices, tested in the same room as the TV, are still receiving 28mb or so.

Anybody any idea what's causing the problem with the TV? Have done the self diagnostics via the TV and all is showing as ok.
