All apps disappeared, just blue screen.

I have a Sony tv, only use it upstairs with apps like BBC and Amazon etc. Went to home screen, choose all apps and there's nothing but a blue screen. I've turned it on and off, unplugged it, checked the internet connection, reset internet, nothing. All other devices working. Can anyone help?
