Sony AF8 Remap TV Button

For some reason on my Sony AF8 tv, I can’t remap the TV button on the remote. I’ve read a few forums which all say that the option is under Settings > External Input > Customise TV Key but the option ‘Customise TV Key’ isn’t there. It used to work as I wanted it to before but all of a sudden the TV button started playing Google Play trailers when it was pressed which is really annoying. I don’t have YouView set up either.

I followed the instructions but no luck. I think the problem is more to do with the setting being missing in the tv settings rather than anything to do with the remote itself.
