Hi. Purchased a new wd75 yesterday from currys and when got home no smart features at all other than the Netflix button which worked fine. No other apps??? Took back to the store who advised there's been an update which has caused an issue and will be fixed. Love the TV but can anyone advise if this is a known issue and how long may take to resolve. Thanks

Hi @Leearm1974. If you wanted a Sony TV with lots of Apps then you really should have bought an Android TV. Without knowing the full model number most (if not all) WD75 TVs are Linux. If you look at the forum for your TV there does appear to be a problem https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/other-tvs/bd-p/tv_en_1

It was sold as a smart tv with player. Prime. Etc. Nothing is working. Thanks for the advice though
