I have the latest firmware update on my TV, but all my content only plays in Full HD not 4K.

I have scrolled to the bottom of the app like it has been suggested in some cases however there is no 4K option.

My internet speeds are 350Mbps so that shouldn’t be an issue.

You have to navigate to the TV Shows ribbon at the very top. There you will find a 4K section... hopefully...

Really bad UI...

Ive always been able to play them, yet today, select UHD video, only plays back in 1080p, never switches to UHD. Sigh.. One day i'll just be able to enjoy a TV.
