Hi @Nookey2 What is the model number of your TV I.e. KDxxxxxxxxxx. You should note a factory reset cures most problems.

Thanks but I managed to solve the problem ...I hadn’t put on the apps properly and then all I needed to do was turn the tv off and on and then they all worked 😁
