Issue to log in to apps

Hi,

I have trouble to login sometimes.

Seems to sign @ not working properly.

I have tried using the remote kontroll as well with keyboard USB.

When I use keyboard and altgr + 2 It switch to tv-channel..

Do anyone recognize this?

Hi Peter,

Perhaps you can shed more light on the problem?

Where are you trying to log in? what happens when you use the arrows to select the @ sign on the on-screen keyboard?

Are you having issues entering any other letters or characters?

Are you using the stock keyboard on the TV?

You can try resetting the keyboard by going to settings - Apps - Gboard - clear cache and data
