Microphone works only after hard reset

Hi every one,

I have a issue with my Sony Bravia Android TV. Microphone in remote was not working, but I read that I should try to restart Android by holding power button for 5 seconds. It solved the problem, but only for short period of Time - more or less till next turn off/on the TV. The hard reset always fixes the problem, but never for long.

I tried resetting bluetooth and sparing remote, but none of them fixed the problem.

I bought 2 weeks ago the Sony Bravia 55" 2019 model, dont remember exact model now, but I can provide it if it changes anything.
