Low volume on Sonos Playbar using TOSLink

I have been using a Sonos Playbar with my KDL-60W630B TV for years without issue. Recently the volume through the sound bar is very low. The bar is connected via TOSLink. The Playbar volume is good when used with other TV’s and when playing music through the app. The TOSLink cable has been swapped. Is there any setting in the Bravia TV that could be limiting the volume? I can’t find any that make any difference.
