topic Rif.: Bluetooth headphone for Sony KDL32WE615BAEB in Android TV

Hello,

It takes some time to solve this issue. Though, I thought to share it with you.

You can find the best dedicated wireless headphones in this link:

https://gadgetsdeck.com/wireless-headphones-for-tv/

Obviously Sony brand is good brand with the best price comparing to Sennheiser RS 185

So, I bought Sony MDR-RF855RK and after I properly connect it, I got no sound. I tried many times but without success. It is simply not compatible.

Obviously, something wrong happened. So, I tried to connect simple headphone with cable and it works great.

This means that Sony android TV is highly intelligent and does not required Bluetooth or highly expensive dedicated headphone. Any dedicated wireless phone (NO BLUETOOTH) from any brands will work fine. I do recommend: SONY MDR-RF811RK. Now, the problem is solved. Dr. Midoh

This model does not have bluetooth in home/setting/sound. It seems most of Sony Bravia Some solutions to work around this issue is to buy bluetooth transmitter. But there are plenty types. Anyone can advise in this issue? For sure, I am disappointed that Sony did hot solve this issue till how.

I do thank you and appreciate your feedback.

Dr. Midoh

This is not an issue, simply your tv was never meant to support bluetooth audio transmission. I'd suggest to look at wireless speaker rather than bluetooth ones like this https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/headband-headphones/mdr-rf895rk
