A8 Sound dropouts when watching movies using HDMI

Hello guys,

i just bought my new A8 OLED and have a voice/sound sync issue ehen Im using HDMI canle. When Im watching streamed movie the voice just drops out randomly when Im using HDMI cable.

Without cable on laptop no voice issue.

i tried multiple cables,the problem is probably TV related....

Any help?!

Hello,

I had a similar issue with sound dropouts to my soundbar.

It might not be related to your issue, but you might consider taking a look at this string.

But make sure your tv is updated to the latest update v6.4960, which explicitly should resolve various sound issues.

My sound issues were not resolved by this update alone, I had to also make a cable (ethernet) connection instead of wifi.
