HDMI 1 Connection not shown in Inputs

KD-48A9. New purchase. HDMI 2 connected to recorder, HDMI 3 (ARC) connected to sound bar, HDMI 4 connected to Fire Stick. All are displayed in "Inputs". However, HDMI 1 connected to Facebook Portal TV works fine but does not appear "Inputs". When selected from its remote HDMI 1 is briefly displayed whilst loading. Tried connecting in HDMI 3 same result - works fine but displays HDMI 3 briefly whilst loading. Tried disconnecting, switching on & off but no joy. Any thoughts or steers appreciated.

Just to confirm, do you mean that the Facebook portal doesn't work on any port? Or that no devices work on port 1? Is your TV up to date?
