Hello, i've got a new tv SONY KDL-43W807C and i'm trying to log into Plsyatstion Now but it's not possible. I've got information "please visit http://accout.sonyentertaimentnetwork.com to manage your account settings and that's all. After that i've got white screen with information {"error":"redirect_uri_...... what can i do? Of course i've got an acoount and i don't have any problems to log to Playstation Video from same Tv.... And i can't find activation code to my PSN online account. Please help me...

Hi there

Ive just logged in and can confirm that it works.

The web address you provided has a couple of spelling errors. It should be:

https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com

Although, if you already have an account, simply log into it on the tv - just tested and it works for me as well.

I know that, but still, how this can help me? No information hot to fix this white screen with error. They're asking me about activation code but i don't habe anything like that on my tv

Can you not log in using your existing account via the PS Now app?

Ive not seen any type of activation code on an android tv. So a little confused on this.

If you goto the settings menu and scroll all the way down to the bottom, theres an option to 'Add Account' - try that way.

White screen with error.... Is your tv definately connected to your home network and you have internet access? Check the network status by going into help.

Sorry for confusion, forget about activation.

1. Website is working

2. Playstation Video id working

3. All apps like Youtube, BBC player working

4. Internet connected and working

When i'm trying to "sign in" to Playstation Now it's not possible, please see below step by step how it looks like

Thanks for the pictures. That makes it very clear. I have a KDL-43W805C TV - basically the same as yours.

What you are missing is this screen

So, reading back on your first post - im not sure when you got your tv. But i think it might be best to do the usual troubleshooting steps first.

Can you ensure that your firmware is version: PKG2.645.0052EUA - if not please update to latest.

Once you have done that - can you please factory reset the TV - it fixes many issues.

Ok, reset is finished. My version is PKG2.645.0052EUA, i've got missing screen but when i'm trying to log in i've got again information from my 2 screen so i have to log in to sony website. I'm already there and what's next?
