KD-55XH9005 Led flashing red 4 times

HI all, received new TV yesterday (KD-55XH9005 ) Setup and updated to latest software no problems.

However, last night it randomly (whilst watching) rebooted itself and now won't turn on.

Upon turning on the led on the front flashes red 4 times.

I've unplugged and left turned off and then put back on 5-10 minutes later with no effect.

Is it possible to factory reset? The Sony guide suggests to do this but there is no physical volume button on the tv that I can find just a power button under the led.

Thoughts? Is there a way to factory reset google tv when you can't get into the menus?

As this TV is a day old and doing this should I be pushing for a replacement?
