&lt;P&gt;What model TV do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its always worth trying a reset however its probable you'll have to contact Support about this&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;due to a hardware problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
