It is probably best to reach out to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/Contact/Email?cat=televisions-projectors1&amp;amp;tab=Tips&amp;amp;act=cls" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Sony Support&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you considered connecting it using Ethernet, perhaps good quality powerline adapters if running an Ethernet cable is impractical.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps check the software is up too date (USB method, if no internet).&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xf75xx_x75xxf-series/kd-43xf7596/software/00282916" target="_blank"&gt;Software Update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a 2018 model, so very unlikely to be in warranty. However Sony will want to see a copy of your receipt, serial number etc. so it is best to be prepared.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>KD-43XF7596 Bravia TV: WIFI will not switch on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 2 days ago my Bravia (approx. 3 yrs old) disconnected from the internet and will not reconnect to my router. When I go into Network &amp;amp; Internet and click on WIFI - it switches on (icon goes blue)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then immediately switches off (icon goes white). I've tried the following and the problem persists:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- unplugged TV &amp;amp; plugged back in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- switched TV off and switched TV back on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Factory Re-set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Rebooted router (irrelevant as the TV cannot pick up any wifi networks)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is bonkers, I've no idea what has caused this. It must be an issue with the TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or help appreciated, Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
