Touch stops working once it comes out from sleep

Hi All,

i have Xperia C3 Dual mobile, The touch pad doesnt works once the phne goes to sleep mode. after multiple restart the mobile starts working fine untill it go for Sleep mode next time.

Note: Once the Touch starts working, there is no problem at all. it works awesome.

Please help me.

Hi @Jeeva9192, sorry to hear this.

If this is something that has started to happen recently I'd recommend that you test your device in safe mode. This is a way to verify that this isn't caused by a downloaded third party app.

If you still experience this in safe mode I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion as the next step.
