XPERIA E3 dual d2212 screen has gone blank but phone is still turned on

I updated the phone with update center and since the phone overheat and screen gone blank but phone is still working but after 10 min all get normal but i can't hang up the call if screen gone blank....

Please tell me solution

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

I send it to Service centre 3 times but they only do a software update and return. So finally I flash 4.4.2 os now working fine but if I update problem return. Whatcan be the problem

Sir I have an Xperia e3,D2212,, I bought it in September..2014..it is continue on off. After being fully discharged..I went to the care centre now it only shows display...I tried off going to care centre.. He updates then work for some days after some days later that problem again back......plz suggest me what is the real problem... How can I solve it..is it possible after repairing software...??
