Hello, This is my problem.

I bought the Xperia E like 1 month ago, everthing was fine until about a week, the phone started to lagged a lot, the games close by themselfs, so I checked the memori and I saw that the RAM has like 20 MB but I didn't have anything open, I move all the apps I could to the internal memory instead the phone memory, but it didn't work. I download an app to optimize the memori (memory booster) but that worked a little, until 3 days ago when I realized that the Ram was in 0!!!

Please helpme, I don't know what to do, I have not dowloaded a lot of apps, just a couple of games, a translator, and something for music, and an Antivirus (Avast) . Now I can't even chat relax because even the keyboard takes a lot of time to show up.

Thanks, if you can help me I would really appreciate.

PD: Im sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm from Colombia

the more apps that you have running in the background the less free RAM you will have, uninstall this apps

Taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

booster apps

battery apps

this apps will drain your battery, use up your ram, slow down your phone, and create other issues. if you have apps that you don't use, uninstall them, if they were preloaded, disable them.

Don't forget to give kudos

If you experience problems with RAM, for example, if the device runs slower than usual or if the Home application restarts frequently when you leave an application, you should minimise the use of apps that run all the time. Social networking apps that connect and update their data online and animated backgrounds are examples of apps that are always running and affect RAM performance. To minimise RAM issues, you could also consider using a static wallpaper instead of a live wallpaper. To see which apps and services are currently active, go to Settings > Apps > Running. You should have at least 100 MB, and ideally 200 MB or more, of free RAM to avoid slowdowns and application restarts. You should also be aware that if you update the device to a later Android release, the load on the built-in Dynamic Memory will increase due to the addition of more features. As a result, the device may run slower after an update. The Xperia™ E4g has 758 MB of RAM available to the Android OS and any installed applications. 350 MB of the total RAM is in use during normal operation when the user starts using the device out of the box.
