Change the ringtone, and after a time or after reboot it is reset to standard. Melody moved to the phone memory didn't help

Hi! I have the similar probleml. After restart ringtone get back to default one. There is also a problem with wi fi connection. Wi fi icon shows that phone is connected to wi fi, but it lost internet access, while on another phone and computer which are also connected wireless to the same router i have internet access. Then i restart phone, wi fi start to work normally, i have internet access, but ringtone changes to default one. It happends randomly, sometimes it works for two days, and sometimes it happends three times in a day. Android 4.4.4, no antivirus, no task killer.

Hello everyone,
my name is Frei and I am a user Xperia E4 Dual about 1 year and a half. About two months ago, my Xperia E4 Dual refuses to keep ringtone incoming call that I choose. Instead, and after one or two days after setting up my ringtones, it switches to the Xperia ringtone.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

1. You can check if the same problem occurs in safe mode.

2. If it still does, do you have the song on the external memory?

Hello alexdon,
I started by downloading the song from external memory to the system and thought to have solved the problem. But now, six days later, the ringtone returned to Xperia default. Before this operation he was back in only two or three days.

I'll check now if the problem occurs in safe mode.
