Audio app shuting off without reasons

Hello

I have buy an E5 in my local store in France from 2 weeks ago. The system version is F3311

My audio apps (Tune In, Podcast Addict, Radio.fr, Google Music) close frequently in speaker or in BT.

App and sound stop (close). Sometimes maybe because (notification / another sound) AND sometimes i do nothing special.

I have the same with the light. In 10 minutes, it can shut off 2 or 3 times, but the notification is "light is ON".

I have Twilight (an eye protector against blue light). Sometimes i need to pause to accept some autorisations...

I will be very happy to find a solution thanks with you, because it is very very embarrassing !

boot in >>> safe mode and test the preloaded music apps > if you don't experience the same issues the problem is a third party app acting up.
