D2203 MOBILE NETWORK STATE - DISCONNECTED

Hi people. I have no network. My Service State says Radio off. Having dialled *#*#4636#*#* it refuses to change from LTE/GSM auto (PRL) and it will not turn on radio. As a result i have no network connection. Please help

There's a bit of a lag when it changes on/off.

What does Service State report in About Phone?

Rooted the device? How do I do that? Yes the phone was working before.
Service State reports voice:radio off data: radio off. I have tried several times to switch it on n it will not budge.

No. When the problem started i updated the operating system in hopes that this error will clear yet nothing. Every other functiom works fine. Its just that it refuses to select for example GSM only. Every selection i make it immediately switches back to LTE/GSM auto (PRL)

Im in Service mode but no antenna test
