How to turn off TalkBack?

Just bought new e5 and screen not working properly not responding cannot scroll and it keeps talking to me. Help

Ihave the same problem, calibration is way off and edge of screen is not working well inthis.

Also does anyone know how I canstop the annoying vibrate altogether please?.

Hi @Akwabs and @woody4!

It sounds like both of your phones have the TalkBack feature enabled. This is a feature that is designed to help visually impaired users to navigate their phones.

To turn this feature off, write a big "L" on your screen, a new menu will appear and you should be able to see the text "Pause talkback/feedback", tap on it once and a green border will be shown around the text > double tap on it and tap on "OK" once so you get the green border and double tap again.

TalkBack should now be paused and you can turn it off completely in Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > turn this feature off.
