Error whille updating new firmware 11.3.A.2.23

i am not able to update my phone using Sonu pc companion or update services,

i trier in 2 different PCs, Please provide me any solution.

this is how i tried

i connected my phone and new update is available

after downloading update it prompt me to switch off and wait for 30 sec and hold volume down key while connecting,

i did that it detected and flash driver is installed next after 5 min itsays try again with full batery charge,

tried to off firewall,disable antivirus aut no result found,

PLEASE SUGGEST ANY SOLUTION

What is your battery % , u need more than 50% battery to perform a update...

Here we can Restart your phone, follow below instruction to do so...

Restart

Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to remove memory blocks. Remove and reinsert the battery and the SIM card. Then restart your phone.

GIVE A TRY

After update with SUS...

Thanks Bro.. its worked..

even thought i tried previously as you said it wont worked

but now i removed sim card and restarted with out inserting sim then i tried then it started updating.

now its successfully updated.

i updated my xperia E with latest firm ware and i noticed that they have removed

sorround sound settings option in sound enhancments in WALKMAN.

xperia support telling that with new update this surround sound option is removed.

hello....I was updating the above software in my experia E device........and suddenly my phone shows me that i have run out of battery and now my device is crashed. It shows the yellow apostrophe sign at start and restarts again.... it doesnt even connect to my PC Companion ....

Wat should i do?
