HI all,

I have a plan to buy a xperia E1 dual, before that I want to confirm is it dual active or not?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Xperia E1 Dual is a dual standby phone but you can set the phone to automatically forward calls to the other SIM when you have an active call so you still receive calls made to the other SIM.

If I am not wrong xperia m dual also have the same facility? If not what is the difference between Xperia M dual and Xperia E1 dual in terms of calling facility?

Yes, Xperia M Dual also has this feature.
