Sound on xperia compact

Hello.

My Xperia compact is experiencing low sound. It is at its highest point on scale but is too low. I am missing calls and messages.

Can anyone kindly suggest a way to increase the sound..

How is it in safe mode?

Did it always happen or is it new for you.

Maybe there is an app you installed that is interfering.

Yes it has always been low since I bought the phone (2017 Mar)

An app, quite possibly but I have not downloaded for a while now.

Here is a page with information from Sony.

Safe Mode is a state where the device restarts in it's original state without starting the apps you installed afterwards.

Sometimes apps do not behave like they should and so cause malfunctioning of the whole device.

Another thing is that you should restart your device every few weeks.

The restart clears the memory.

Hi good morning.

I have tried safe mode but to no affect. Still the same.

In the morning and night, I always do antivirus check so clear rubbish data, check all apps and improve my ram. Then I do a restart of device.

Maybe, the only way I can improve sound is put a a small length pin in the speaker and clear the gunck (so dust, bits etc). Have seen on you tube how to do it.
