Charging slows down at 70%

I recently purchased XA DUAL and a issue I am facing from day one is that till 70% the phone charges with 1%/min. But after that it's just charging 4% in 20 minutes. Is that what you call quick charging 3 and a half hour to get it 100% charged,!!!! Pls assist me. Whether this problem is with my phone or this is like that in every Xa

Hi @aromohit,

Are you charging your phone using a USB port or a wall socket?

According the environmental document it takes around 3 hours to charge an Xperia XA Dual from 0% to 100% when charging the phone using a wall socket together with the charger included in the box.

Have you tried charging the phone when it's turned off from 0% to 100% and see how long it takes?

You can also try charging the phone in safe mode to make sure one or more third party application aren't the cause of this, since they will not be loaded when the phone is rebooted in safe mode.

Xperia XA Dual can be quick charged using the UCH12 charger, which will enable the phone to quick charge using MediaTek Pump Express™+ 2.0.
