Hello,

i own xperia XA for about a month. Last days i have a problem with the sound. From heaphones everything is ok but the main speaker is too low.

I have check the volume and the settings and everything seems in order but the sound is too low. Also i've restarted the phone many times. i've done the update today but nothing changed. With clearaudio on is a bit louder but still too low.

Whats could be wrong?

btw nothing happend like water or crushed on the floor.

i listen to default app, i also tried the google music but its the same. but its not only with music but general, even alarm is too low

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the loudspeaker

you can contact your Local support to get your device inspected.

done. its playing but in the same level, its asking me if i hear the sound.

any other ideas?
