Smart Call Handling option MISSING - Sony Xperia X - F5122

Hii, I bought a new Sony Xperia X - F5122 and I saw that Smart Call Handling option is missing from the handset. But in the user guide, I could find that the option is under "Settings-Call-Smart Call Handling". But the thing is missing from my handset. Please help me to solve this out.

Settings > call > smart call handling should be the first option.
