Can hear when I get a call or when watching you tube

Had problems with my phone when someone rings you answer it we can't hear them very well. I have tried everything on settings to fix it and if you try to watch a Facebook video. Or a YouTube video got no chance unless you put it to your ear and then watch after its been like this since I got it back in September 16. Can anybody help?

The phone was repaired previously in an authorized service center?
I suggest you return the device for further repairs

No it was brand new out the box
I will take it back its just the inconvenience of having no phone

I'm having the same issues - brand new - a week old

Forget having a Messenger video call or having it on speaker for a phone call - it is so low i have to put it up to my ear like you and still can hardly hear. Is this a fault or a poor speaker as standard?

Same problem here guys by partner just got me the fone wish Sony would pull there finger 🖕 out and sort this problem
