The headphone offer was via Carphone warehouse. Not sky. 1000 sets to the first customers who claim.

You said earlier that they did, so I am presuming it is a statement, despite the question mark.

So I say again, my suggestion would be to contact Sony. Are you afraid they might bite or something? What's the problem?

Make sure you contact Sony mobile and not the other business units. They seem to run as separate entities.

Is only for Carphone Warehouse and O2 customers. There is nothing about a headphone offer for the Xperia 1 anywhere on the Sky Mobile site when running a search within it,but there is still information about previous Xperia offers. To me it doesn't look like this offer actually happened. Can anyone point to anything official that says otherwise?

Hi @Omm1, welcome to our community and congratulations on your new Xperia 1!

As @drlmiles mentioned, the website he linked seems to only be for customers that bought their devices from O2 or Carphone Warehouse, so if you purchased it at Sky, this website will not work for your IMIE number.

I would recommend that you get in touch with the Local support team in the UK as this is a bit tricky for us here at our Global user based forum to assist you further with, due to us not having all the necessary information for all the campaigns in the different markets. You can reach them via Phone, Chat or Email on the link below.

@drlmiles, not sure if it has anything to do with the offer no longer being available, since the press release says "purchase between 15th and 29th May", but might not be true if they kept information about previous campaigns.

I'm trying to get some more information about how it works for Sky Mobile customers since your Local support team didn't have any information about the campaign.

I think when I looked at Sky - they send you them but you have to wait 14 days?

I maybe wrong though as I can't find the info on their pages

I really wish I knew everything about all the campaigns in all markets so I was able to answer if that is the case, but that could be one of the options as I know some retailers in the Nordics has the same process for the Xperia 1 campaign here, although we also have a website, much like O2 and Carphone has.
