Are you stuck on a lock screen or can you use the device as normal, but there is no network connection?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no network connection, try removing the SIM card and inserting it again, or try with a different SIM card in the device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that helps and please do elaborate! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.fi/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;edit: if you could get back to me with your phone model that would be great as well, as the Xperia 1 has not been released and your post is in this board.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
