I can't hear the other person, and they can't hear me.</P><P class="">If I change to speaker phone and then back again the sound comes back, but I never know for how long. It could work just fine for two hours and then suddenly disappear. Or it can happen two minutes into the conversation. Sometimes after I switch to speaker and back to make it work. also when i turn the Bluetooth off it work perfectly</P><P class="">Calls done via Facebook messenger or snaps works perfectly fine.
