That phone had a few drops and falls in all the 2 years I owned it and no scratches on the screen. I upgraded to the Xperia 1V which also has a screen scratch resistant feature in August 2023. I put my phone and a bunch of keys in one pocket ....and what do you know...the phone screen has 3 scratches on it from the keys. Although they are minor scratches, but they are there. You can imagine how annoying it is when you treat a phone like a baby so it doesn't get scratches and then it gets scratches not from it falling but from a bunch of keys in your pocket?!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Please can someone advise what to do? I am still within my&nbsp; 1 year warranty.
